Amnesia, an escaped convict, search and rescue, and more. An engaging and entertaining winding tale of mystery. I enjoyed trying to piece things together. There were some great side characters too. There were a couple steamy scenes. I received an ARC of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.

Deception at Dixon Pass is a well written romantic suspense. Good plot and character dynamics. I highly recommend this book. I received an advance ebook from the publisher and Netgalley. This is my unbiased review.

Search and rescue called off, driving home in the blinding snow and a naked man steps out. Caught my attention! Twists, turns, and characters to care about. Some I would like to know more of. I did feel like there was a prequel I might have missed with the existing law enforcement brothers. It did not detract, just left the whip cream off the pie. There is amnesia but handled in a realistic way, not just as a ploy for plot, which I really appreciate. Even better this is book 1 in a 4 book series. Yes! Thank you for the arc! I freely volunteer my thoughts and opinions. #DeceptionAtDixonPass #CindiMyers #Harlequin #NetGalley

I enjoyed this book, lots of action, fast-moving and romantic equals. When Declan turns up at Grace’s remote cabin, naked, hurt and freezing, without his memory, she takes him in. Over the next few weeks, his identity returns, his purpose for being on Eagle Mountain is clear, and the danger begins. Both Grace and Declan are professionals in their fields, and I liked that synergy better than a helpless woman trope. The story moved along nicely and all ends were tied up. Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this book, but my opinions are my own.
