The book has full-color pages and many interior illustrations of favorite scenes throughout the movie. The hardback itself is red with font to match the book shown at the movie's intro. Skimmed through and caught several scenes from the movie written verbatim. Can't wait to read with my kid this Halloween season!

If you love Hocus Pocus (how could you not) and Gris Grimly this is a perfect addition to your collection! The illustrations are so good and very creepy. Honestly it's not a collaboration I would have expected from Disney truth be told. The book itself is VERY well made, it's massive. The quality is so much more than I had hoped for. I love it and for the price it's honestly shockingly cheap. Please get this book sistahs!. It's wonderful!

It’s beyond beautiful and everything I had hoped for and imagined and it’s here in my hands and I’m reading it and I’m going to keep reading it and I’m going to show it to my friends (who are equally in love with the movie) and it’s perfect to have right before the sequel is coming out! Thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you!

I'll start by saying I have not read the whole book yet, as it was only just released today. I will say, from what I've read so far, the book seems to be well written. It's also an absolutely beautiful book that appears to be very well made. The illustrations are absolutely gorgeous and add a very nice touch. If you remove the protective outer cover, you are left with a stunning old school witchy style cover, which I love as much, if not more, than the cover sheet. The book is rather large in size, which may make it harder to carry around with you, but it doesn't particularly bother me. My only slight disappointment is that I thought every page would be displayed with illustrations of some sort, which is not the case. Overall, I'm loving this book so far and I'm quite happy with my purchase of it.

I love it! The illustrations in this book are very well done and the story is very well written. So far, I’ve only read the Prologue, which is the first scene in the movie, up until we see the Sisters hanged. I can tell I’m going to enjoy reading this book! And perfect timing, with Hocus Pocus 2 coming out in less than a month! The only negatives about this book are some of the details in the illustrations. Winifred’s dress doesn’t have any designs on it. Also, her hair is orange, like everybody makes it, for some reason. Her hair is a dark, yet vibrant red. Also, Allison, for some reason is a blonde. In the movie, she’s clearly a brunette. Also, when the witches sing “I Put A Spell On You”, the spell they recite is wrong in this book. Lots of people quote it incorrectly as “alpha maybe uppendie”, but it’s actually “oppa”, not “alpha”. You can see their lips say “oppa”, also the subtitles on the DVD and Disney+ say “oppa”. I was hoping they’d get that right, since most people don’t. Anyway, enjoy the book! So far, I love it!
