Welcome a new friend to the farm with the #1 New York Times bestselling Little Blue Truck!

Beep! Beep! Have you heard the news? There is someone new on the farm!

All the animals are nervous and excited about meeting a new friend-what will he be like? Does he neigh like a horse or oink like a pig? Does he have fur or feathers? Does he swim? Does he fly? Making new friends can be scary at first but being kind and helping others feel welcome is always the right move.

Luckily, Blue knows just the thing to help his friends, old and new, feel at home! Little Blue's "Beep!" was loud and clear: We are very glad you're here!

My son loves the LBT series and this book is no exception. Personally, this is my favorite book of the series so far!!

This is a sweet addition to the Little Blue Truck collection. I wondered who the new friend could be and was pleasantly surprised and learned a new animal sound too. It would indeed be a good introduction for meeting new friends and that new and different can be good. The rhyming isn't as easy to read as in the other books but it will be read plenty regardless.

I tear up every time I read it to my kid. Making friends can be hard, esp if you're the new person to the group. The story is so simple, cute, and to the point. My son loves Blue Truck so I have almost all of them and I'm so glad I pre-ordered this one. Beep! Beep! Beep!

Once again another cute story in the Little Blue Truck series. The storyline itself is great. The animals learn how to make a new friend, which my toddler loved. The cadence is off in a couple of places. It tripped me up reading it out loud for the first time, which rarely happens to me. My biggest complaint is actually about the art. There isn’t much consistency in the look of the animals this time. The horse, for example, has always had big, bright eyes and a consistent head-shape. This time, the variation is extreme. I’ve posted some pictures. My kid thought the horse was a dog jumping up on the truck. The animals also look more like new parents (or stoners) than they should on a page or two. Check out the bags under their dull eyes!
