My only “complaint” is that it’s over. After blasting through (pun intended) 9 books and this anthology of short stories, I look back at the universe that these two geniuses have created together and can't help but be thankful to them for sharing it with the masses.

Great finish to the series. When read all together, the collection of stories reminded me of Foundation by Asimov. Loosely connected by the overarching opera, the short stories fill in plot and character gaps left from the novels. On my complaint....I wanted one more Amos story about life in the far future of Earth.
