Yet another positively life altering book from the one, the only - the true great - David Goggins. A different read from Can’t Hurt Me with actionable tools / insights / systems that will empower you to be better / stronger / more resilient than you were before you picked this book up. Can’t Hurt Me changed my life when I read it at first, years ago, and this book is already changing my life, impacting me in ways I need it most right now. A must read for any and all people.

I must say...the first chapter alone is probably the most inspirational first chapter I've ever read. The man never wastes a word, and tells it straight. His 'religion' of self-improvement clearly applies to his own writing as well. A rare breed.
