My family has known and loved the Pig The Pug series for quite some time. Pig the Monster is definitely our new favorite. The other books are good, but this one shows obvious growth and increased creativity in rhyme scheme and rhythm. It has grown with our daughter’s development. The illustrations are hilarious and the Thelma The Unicorn reference wasn’t lost on us. A joy to read - we are buying a copy for our nephew. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

This book is SUPER silly! My boys are huge fans of Pig and his rediculous antics and they always look forward to new books about him from Aaron Blabey. In this book, Pig has terrible manners as a trick-or-treater and gets to learn another tough lesson. He has so many silly costumes that every page is a treat. My boys found this book hilarious and we are so happy to add this one to our collection.

My daughter is 6 and her vocab has blown up this year in first grade! I love pugs, so when she saw these books she knew it would be something we would love to read together. Some words were hard for her, so I jumped in and helped, but she mainly read the entire thing herself. So happy she loves these books!!
