I am not finished reading this book yet. I am a fan of Eve Duncan and have been reading these stories for years. Iris Johansen does not disappoint

I chose 3 stars as a rating because it became a little predictable and boring I admit to skipping 4 chapters It finally got my attention again chapter 17

Great to have another Eve Duncan book.... but I couldn’t believe how much time was spent stresses over Diane’s past effect on Joe and Eve. All the tension seemed out of place and took way too much of this book. I’m also not sure what was implied in the end. Overall not nearly as good as previous Eve Duncan stories

This book was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't put it down until I reached the end and I wanted the story to continue. I hope to see continuing stories on other characters like Catherine and Cameron, Jane and Caleb, Cara and Jock, McDuff and Michael. Please, please continue your adventures with these exciting and loveable friends, Iris Johansen.
