But when his physical therapist and next-door neighbor has issues with a stalker, he steps in to offer support. Allie Tate moved to Kansas City to start over. Her creep of a boyfriend destroyed her reputation and almost ruined her career as a physical therapist. Now someone is using the same gaslighting techniques to terrorize her again. Wonderful characters and a fast-moving plot kept me turning the pages. Another great installment in Julie Miller’s Kansas City Crime Lab series.

Well done! Good mix of emotion and suspense and the most realistic portrayal of life with a serious physical disability I've ever read. Likeable characters and a surprise ending I didn't see coming. Great job.

Julie Miller has penned another winner!! The Evidence Next Door is book 3 in the Kansas City Crime Lab miniseries, but it can definitely be read as a stand alone, but you’ll want to read the preceding 2 books! This was a great mystery with a good dose of romance on the side. Gray and Allie start their relationship as neighbors, progressing to lovers as the two of them work together to figure out who is terrorizing Allie. It takes the entire Crime Lab to unravel the mystery and I was surprised by a twist at the end of the book! This was an outstanding romantic suspense and one that I’ll reread every now and then. Don’t pass this one up!
