Compelling, clear and concise — Bill McRaven shows us the leadership our country desperately needs but lacks at the moment. He could well be the Eisenhower of this generation.
As I remember my more than 20 years on Active Duty, U.S. Army, I remember some fine leaders. Adm McRavern was, i Am sure, a great leader!

The book is wonderful and takes the reader directly to the suggestions in each chapter and offers great stories to illustrate each chapter! Highly recommend reading 2 times and taking notes.

Leading from the front, leading from within. This is an inspirational and down to earth story from the heart and mind. Godspeed. I only wish our leaders in Washington were made of the stuff to which Mac speaks.
