I absolutely love this story. I share it with my students on the first day of school and then we make the character from the story. It's a great book and the kids love to hear it again and again.

Book started out very cute, but had an odd ending (in my opinion). Didn't love it as much as I though i would. Book came damaged with pen marks, but customer service was great. I received a refund and kept the book.
My wife, a teacher ordered this. I'm sure she thinks it is great.

This is such an adorable and fantastic book! I can't understand how they've let it fall out of print. A HUGE THANK-YOU to all of the reviews that suggested Amazon.ca (Canada)!! I sadly gave away my copy 2 years ago not realizing how difficult it would be to replace. I've been searching everywhere for this book and it's always either a used expensive copy or outrageously expensive new book for several hundred dollars! I just purchased a hard copy from Amazon.ca for $18 US dollars (and that was including shipping!) Yay!
