I was so excited for this cookbook to come out, and I will tell you, I have not been disappointed. It has such delicious yet simple and easy to understand recipes. I consider myself to be a little “cheffie” and I think it’s the perfect balance between home cook and chef. Couldn’t recommend it more! Bonus on the beautiful photos throughout!

I have already tried 3 different recipes from this book. 2 of them will become staples in my personal list of dinners because they were SO good. The third one was a Brussels sprouts dish. I don’t usually like Brussels sprouts, so I wanted to try a tasted and true recipe and I still wasn’t the biggest fan, but everyone else loved it. I’m excited to try more recipes from this book and highly encourage everyone else to get this book and cook some delicious and healthy food.
