Alexis Brand and Culhane Travis enter the story at the crossroads and end up together again. They were partners until a corrupt sheriff fired them. Now both end up on the run. This is a fast paced plot with a lot of danger and tension. Of course there is room for romance even as danger draws near. Nice to be back in Buckhorn, Montana for the third time.

At the Crossroads by B.J. Daniels The action didn't let up for a minute. I'm exhausted just from reading but more than pleased that Culhane and Alexis were given their HEA. Suspense, mystery, betrayal, romance, secrets and jealousy, story had it all. Good edition to the Buckhorn, Montana series. Thank you to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to preview the book.

At the Crossroads is another great read from this talented author. It pulls you in from the beginning and keeps you captivated until the end. It is full of action, suspense and danger. Add in the wonderful characters and it makes this a MUST READ.

Alexis and Culhane take us on a whirlwind run. I was delighted also there is a second chance in the winds. Alexis tracks him down because of his charges. Culhane also has danger coming after him. Now they are both in the boat together as they say. You are also hoping 48 hours will be enough. Turn the pages on this beauty for the answers to all the questions that come with this.

WOW, did I love this book!!!! In true B.J. Daniels style, there is hardly a moment to breathe! There is unrelenting action and little time to catch your breath! Culhane is wanted for murder of his ex-wife - an ex he didn't even think he had! Weren't they divorced years ago?! Alexis, his current girlfriend, doesn't even know he was married once upon a time and now she's a bounty hunter and she's is duty bound to bring him in but oh, wait, they are suddenly being held in a diner by 3 bank robbers!!!!! Daniels weaves her magic by bringing you into the minds of every character, not just the main ones. That's what I love! You know what everyone is thinking and what is driving them. There are so many twists and turns that I couldn't put the book down until I finished it! The end of the book is great, somewhat out of the norm for a Daniels book but I so enjoyed the HEA! I received a copy of this book from the author but was not obligated to review it. These opinions are my own.
