I read Ozan’s first book and was surprised how many things I ended up telling friends in conversation because the info was very applicable to life. Now this book is not only similar but I think it’s funnier and I love that it speaks to creativity in a way that has me daydreaming more and doubting less.

Ozan Varol has a great ability to synthesize meaningful lessons from the seemingly ordinary, creating a fresh perspective in the process. I've followed his writing for years, have read another of his books: Think Like a Rocket Scientist (which I also highly recommend), and now have finished Awaken Your Genius. The stories and examples in this book are illuminating and I find his writing style very engaging and often quite poetic. I highly recommend Awaken Your Genius; it is an inspiring read.

This book is incredible! Ozan Varol is my new favorite author. He comes across so grounded and relatable, even though he was literally a rocket scientist! I encourage anyone who is interested in living up to their maximum potential to read this book and his other book, “Think Like a Rocket Scientist”. His insights are so valuable and presented in a way that is easy to approach. Highly recommend!

This isn't a book - it's an operations manual on how to live an extraordinary life. The whole time I was reading this I couldn't get one idea out of my head...If this was a middle school or high school textbook and taught as a class/course it would literally change the world. It's that good. You see "life changing" thrown around often on many book reviews, but this gem deserves that description. Almost every page is dog-eared and by the time I'm done with my second read through, I'm sure it will be soaked with a hi-lighter. An absolute masterpiece. Thank you Ozan Varol. Important update: Now that I've finished reading this for the second time, I feel that my initial review was rushed and simply doesn't do the book justice. I have over a hundred self help books in my home, everything from Think And Grow Rich to last week's latest best seller - start counting the library books I've read over the years and I'm actually embarrassed what the numbers would be - I was also probably one of Nightingale-Conant's best customers way back when - ( Some of you might have to ask your parents what a cassette is. ) I can honestly say that nothing has ever even come close to having the effect that this book is having on me. I feel that a switch in my brain has finally been turned on. Life doesn't have to be the way it always has been, it doesn't have to be about struggle and hardship. You really can change your childhood programming, reinvent yourself and create a life that will take your breath away. Ozan Varol has managed to give us the strategies, tools and tactics to do just that. This book is pure magic.
