Wow! The plot was so gripping and fast paced that I had to finish it in 8 hours 😮I’m a fan of the books by Joel Rosenberg and Daniel Silva and was initially skeptical in picking up this book but wanted to show my support as a Christ follower to Amir and Steve. So glad I did! It’s a novel and ingenious way of putting the Gospel out there 👍 Our Lord Jesus bless both authors and the readers. Praying for more souls to know Jesus personally before His soon return 🙏🙏🙏

Having read both of the authors' novels, this one is even better than the first. The plot is tighter and the action more intense. For anyone who doubts the ability of a human baeing to keep functioning after what he experiences, I refer you to Lone Survivor by Marcus Lutrell. The training and conditioning of special forces troops defies belief. I appreciate the treatment of the Gospel: it is not the sterotypical in-your-face 4 spiritual laws (not disparaging those, by the way) presentation, which today tends to turn readers off. The incorporation here folds naturally into the plot and characters' lives. Overall a good read and one that should be well accepted by a secular audience--the purpose of the book.

This book was excellent. I can not wait until the next one to follow Nir Favor’s journey. This one was intense. It shows the reality of capture and the consequences. I love how Nicole is trying to share her faith and the reluctance of Nir is so believable-if you have had this experience-you will understand her hurt and frustration well. But she handles it well. Nir’s near death situations put him in a place that he’s starting to see the things Nicole has been sharing may well be true. Again a lot of really good writing. I could not put this book down!

I really like reading these two books. It is eye opening what the people of Israel must fear daily in their lives.; not knowing when that threat could happen and the nation be gone. I realize that activities like in this book take place not only with Israel but with America also. It is hard to read, but necessary. Christians and Jews are in danger everyday and will be until Jesus comes back. I enjoyed going through Nir's acceptance of Jesus. I will recommed this book to young adults and adults. Looking forward to his next book.

Look out 007, Nir Tavor has taken your place in the world of espionage and intrigue! BY WAY OF DECEPTION, authors Amir Tsarfati's and Steve Yohn's second book in the "Nir Tavor Mossad Thriller" offer readers an enticing and complex look into lives of a Mossad team doing their best to protect the country of their birth. This fascinating tale takes the reader into the irresistible side of wealth, and the desperation to protect and yet live life to its fullest! The tempting effect of hope plays its card as well. The characters are real, worthy, and alluring; while the conflict is both captivating and convincing. If you reading pleasure leans towards romance or thrillers, BY WAY OF DECEPTION should be your next purchase! 😉
