It takes time to change daily habits and behaviors and build new healthy ones. The daily practices offered are valuable supporting a process of change. It’s exciting and motivating to see this framework.  Dr Amen is very clear and understandable when describing conditions and diagnoses from ADHD / ADD, Anxiety, distinguishing Dementia from Depression, Addiction, Substance Use, Bipolar Disorder and others. This is a strong resource for putting strategies into practice and good use of interesting cases. The clinical scientific citations are a good extension for further reading, learning, and exploration. I find Dr Daniel Amen’s call to action with daily steps so helpful to stay on target. I can do one of Today’s Practice steps every day!  I highly recommend this book. It reduces shame and stigma from mental health which is brain health. It is valuable for clinicians, coaches, clients, and families. I’m looking forward to sharing this with more colleagues, friends, family and clients.

I am a student of Dr Amen's great work and certified Brain Health Trainer. After I have trained with him, I became even more eager to learn more about how our brain works and how it is related to our mood, emotions, and even decisions. I am so happy to receive his latest book Change Your Brain, which is very nicely designed, high quality cover and print and regarding the content; I love how each page has a different topic and easily dividided in pieces to guide us thru with knowledge about our Brain health, simple daily practices and a guide book. Thank you Dr. Amen for all you do for our emotional and mental health. Fusun Rynart Miami Beach

I very much look forward to reading this. However, I am surprised to say the print is sized quite small.
