Cute little book. The basic outline of the story is there with all of the main plot points, but the main plot points don’t always capture the magic of the story itself. Maybe it’s foolhardy to expect a picture book retelling of a movie to retain some of that magic. It was what we expected, though, and entertained our kids on a flight, so 5 stars.

When you read it without knowing the story, its difficult to follow. The book seems to skip parts of the story. I guess you can't help it since its a short story book. Recommend you read the story before reading it to your little one.

This is perfect for our 2 yr old daughter. Fewer words and picture in every page which kind of narrates the story themselves. She loves books but this is definitely her favorite right now. (She’s 28 months) P.s - Fellow parents be warned that you’ll probably be reading the book no less than 20 times a day!!

I just got my package and of course I raced to open it and wrap it for Christmas for my 6 year old. We love Golden Books and we are super careful since collect them and pass them down in our family. Unfortunately this one arrived damaged. It arrived in a very secure box so you know it didn’t happen during shipping. It’s sad to see it damaged.

I bought all the golden books for each character we would see and it was an absolute hit! Great for the future little ones or just the collection!
