Hattie Harmony provides extremely useful tips for anxiety for children in a relatable and adorable way. I wish I would’ve known these skills growing up, but I’m so excited that todays kids will now learn the tools to take care of their mental health.

Just got this book yesterday for my son. He's quite the worrier, and I'm hoping with my help and this book it will help ease his anxiety. It's such a cute book with great illustrations and catchy sayings.

I originally preordered this book because I just named my 2.5 month old daughter, Hattie, and thought it was too cute not to have for her. We’ve had this book 3 days so far and my oldest (3.5 year old) has been running around with her binoculars and her tool belt singing “Worry worry, go away, there’s no time for you today..” This book is excellent and my little book worm absolutely adores it.

Though the book is catered to children, the info in the book is helpful for adults alike.

As an adult, I bought the book because I am a fan of Elizabeth Olsen but this book is something I can separate from her and can stand alone. I suffered from debilitating anxiety my whole life and never really had any good resources for dealing with it. This book is so important and I am glad that children today will be able to have something to help them understand what they are feeling and ways to address it. I can't wait to read it with my nephew.
