I don’t care how old your child is, everyone loves this book! I ordered it for my 7 year old Grandson who has always enjoyed these books. It will be great for helping slow down the pace of the Christmas craziness and just enjoy a quiet moment with sitting on the couch together enjoying this book. Taking those moments also instills a love for books and reading together! So take those moments, buy this book and create a Christmas memory with someone special!

My 4 year old loves this. We read it for bedtime off and on for months. She took it to school as her "special book" one month. The book has provided many hours of entertainment and works as something for her to do on car rides, too. The items to find are listed verbally, so she needs my help to "read" it, but she also likes to play "I spy" with the book.

I purchased a package of 6 for each of my 6 students to gift as Christmas gifts this upcoming Christmas. The package came in one day with Prime shipping and in a nice box. The books are pristine and I won't know for sure if the kids will like them until after Christmas when they actually open the books I wrapped for them and let me know if they liked them or not. I will update my review once they do so. Update: My students opened their gifts and were not too thrilled. These kids come from wealthy families. No one said thank you and almost everyone left their Christmas books in their baskets next to their desks at school before they left for winter break. One kid even said, "I already have something like this. I don't like it," as soon as he opened it. Only one child took his book home in his backpack. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I thought they would like the book. I wanted to buy the book for a small group of 5th graders I taught at another school, but I wasn't making much money and thought it would be too pricey. I'm still not making much money as a teacher, but I was hoping for a better response when they saw it and looked at the pictures. I still give this book 5 stars, because it really is a good book. It's just the kids were ungrateful and made me sad. I'm not going to do this again for any future classes at this school where I teach. Perhaps in a school in a more impoverished area the kids would appreciate it and treasure it as I was hoping they would, but no, not for these privileged kids.

I love all things Christmas and this book is no exception. My 5 year old and I love searching for all the items, some pages are dark so need a well lit room for this book.

I got two different I spy books for my nephews for Christmas. They are 6 and 7 so I thought they might be a little difficult for them, but I loved hem as a kid so figured it was worth trying. I am so glad I did. My one nephew sat and looked at the pictures with me longer than he played with any other Christmas toy. My 3.5 year old niece also really enjoyed looking through it with me too when I read her the clues. We also played that one person would just say something they saw and the other would look for it. So much fun has by all! I’ll definitely look at getting additional books in the future.
