Look Back

A heart-wrenching single-volume story about the struggles of being an artist, from the creator of Chainsaw Man.

The overly confident Fujino and the shut-in Kyomoto couldn't be more different, but a love of drawing manga brings these two small-town girls together. A poignant story of growing up and moving forward that only Tatsuki Fujimoto, the creator of Chainsaw Man, could have crafted.

Look Back is a great short story. It took me less than 40 minutes to read it. It’s fast paced and very simple yet emotional. Not gonna say more. Just read it.

Great story and artwork that got me choked up at a few bits. You could go read this same title in full on Shonen Jump for like $2 (or free with a trial). I bought it because I collect manga and love Fujimoto's work. The manga is printed in the Viz Big style so it's a little taller than a normal manga book.

This is a short story by Tatsuki Fujimoto, the creator of Chainsaw Man. This one came out after he finished Part 1 of Chainsaw man and you can see the improvement in his storytelling and art. The story is a phenomenal experience. The way he tells his story and puts emotions in his art without any words is done wonderfully. This is a great short book to read and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is an incredible one shot created by rising manga superstar Tatsuki Fujimoto. In just a single volume, he takes the reader on an incredibly personal journey of discovery, loss, and friendship that everyone will find impactful. For anyone not familiar with his work and style of storytelling, this is a great volume to start with. I look forward to more of his work being published in the future.
