I received my book in excellent condition. I am guessing they fixed some of the print issues that other people were having. I did not have any issues with picture quality or words running off the page. The pictures are vibrant and clear! And the food is delicious. I’m so excited to use more of Kiki’s recipes on my journey!

I watch Kiki on YouTube and love her videos. This book has so many amazing, simple yummy recipes that are totally doable plus the best part is the 30 day meal plan! This is something I absolutely needed. I always have the toughest time figuring out meals on the daily and it even includes the overall calories for the day, which means no need to punch everything into an app. Do yourself a favor and GO GET THIS BOOK!!

This is a wonderful book! I encourage you to have it even if you are not vegan, because to all Kiki's recipes you can add your favorite meat or fish. The book is exquisite, full of color and very easy to prepare and healthy recipes. I love her journey and the wonderful tips and messages found within the book's pages to help you on your journey to healthy eating. If you're on that quest, do yourself a favor; love yourself a lot and get this incredible book. It is extremely encouraging!

This book is laid out so well. If you do the meal prep that Kiki suggests, you will have all the ingredients ready to prepare your meals for the week. The recipes are family friendly. I have made a lot of the recipes that are in this book and her other books and they have all turned out well. Kiki shows how to make a low-fat whole foods plant based diet simple and easy for the average person. At 45 I have lost weight and have seen my health markers improve dramatically following this way of eating and I don't feel deprived. I feel actually feel pretty great. I also love how there is a beautiful photo for every recipe and a chapter about self love and positive mindset which is key!

I have been learning to eat whole food plant based for a while now. It was overwhelming at first, but it's getting easier. Plantiful Kiki's recipes are so delicious and her journey has been inspiring to me. The cookbook is beautiful. The photography in it is gorgeous. I have purchased several cookbooks by various people that promote being whole food plant based and this one is one of my top 2 favorites! I could eat her Thousand Island Dressing recipe by the spoonful, even without something to put it on! I recently made Chickpea Salad and used the Thousand Island Dressing as the sauce for it and it's now my favorite version of Chickpea Salad! My book did arrive slightly damaged, which was disappointing, but it does not diminish the value of this book and its contents for me. CON: The only con I have found so far is the font is on the small side. The recipe's are in bold and it seems to muddy the clarity of the ingredient measurements and make it hard to tell if the recipe is asking for 1/4 cup or 3/4 cup of something. I needed a magnifying glass to be sure. I compared this version with the 2nd edition version of the book that a friend had, and we both liked how much easier it was to read the recipe ingredients in the 2nd edition version. I hear Kiki is hard at work on another cookbook and I hope her publisher will fix this problem in the new one, which I will be purchasing!
