This book is about one dedicated planner seeking to promote the efficacy of a radical, but influential and dynamic leader. In the process the Far Left desperately attempts to denigrate and deprecate the planner of the leader's success. These actions of the Far Left serve to maliciously slander and libel the leader. All the time these venomous perpetrators are protected by "Big Government". In fact, Big Government denies that any knowledge of these actions against the planner exists. After reading this book, I would suggest that you make your one vote count for the betterment of the USA, and return national pride to the rightful owner.

After reading Mr. Manafort's story (for the first time) and contrasting and calibrating it with others, my conclusion is that he suffered a horrible injustice. The weaponization of the US Department of Justice against him and his family was and is despicable. If the government cannot be restrained as the founders envisioned, I'm not sure where we go from here. They violated this man's rights and desecrated the constitution and bill of rights in the process. Sad and disheartening. This was a very difficult book to read. It is very well written and easy to follow but to be confronted with the reality of what has happened to our system of justice is terrifying.

I’ve read so many books in the last couple of years (especially Watergate). G. Gordon Liddy was the only prisoner that was treated harshly. The other Watergate Defendants could have visitors with KFC and picnics items.. Didn't know about the 10 year rule until the Governor Blagojegich's case. So cruel to send someone to prison for 14 years just so they will not be in a camp, especially for someone that didn't take a dime. Paul Manafort's book is outstanding (hard to put down). Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez: I’ll admit that when I first saw the news that Paul Manafort was being transferred to Riker’s Island, I was afraid to speak out. I knew it was wrong. Riker’s Island is an outdated abomination that should be shut down. Nobody should be sent there. And, generally speaking, nobody should be sent to solitary confinement. Sending an old man, a non-violent offender, to solitary confinement is just wrong.

The facts laid out in this book, the details regarding the DOJ & their actions & clear mission to punish anyone who helped DT win the 2016 election is maybe the most frightening information I’ve ever heard or read. There’s a two sided justice system in this country & if you have any doubts about that you will have absolutely no doubts after reading this. This isn’t a persecuted man’s opinion & view, this is just facts on how the investigations were conducted & how the judges & DOJ prosecutors were relentless & unwilling to walk away without punishing anyone who aided Donald Trump. Paul Manafort was a victim of a pro establishment justice system that didn’t care about the truth & facts, they were punishing people they’d decided needed punished. The scariest thing, the DOJ & the Judges were not even trying to hide their bias & hatred for anyone in the Trump orbit. I’m not really even a fan of Trump, his policies were solid but his behavior was poor in many instances. I hope he chooses not to run in 2024, it would be the most patriotic thing he could do & probably the safest. It’s clear from this book that those in true power in our country have no line they won’t cross, no law they themselves won’t break to punish & financially ruin Trump & anyone & everyone who supported him. Personally I would be terrified to be a registered (R) or a small donor to Trump after reading this. I highly recommend this book, it’s a very informing read & you will feel & think differently when you’ve completed it.
