Most of Rachael's recipes are vegetable-forward and emphasize food as fuel, but you'll find that most are paleo-style and use an array of wholesome ingredients for flavor and to promote satiety. I have followed Rachael for years and have always loved her blog recipes and workouts. Now having a book on hand of all her healthy, delicious goodness?? I looked at my boyfriend when I put it on the shelf and said "if you are ever looking to cook something this book is 100% approved".. already one recipe down these immunity shots are getting me through cold season!

Rachael’s new cookbook is amazing! I’ve been following her for a few years now, and her recipes never disappoint. Literally every recipe looks amazing, and I’m so glad that she’s included some of her OGs from the blog. The recipes are healthy, easy, and versatile, and I love the little stories behind each one. Her voice really comes through, and it feels like a friend talking! I love this cookbook and can’t wait to make her delicious, nutritious recipes!

I have followed Rachael for years, so when she announce she was releasing a cookbook I knew it would be a must buy. After preordering last summer, my book arrived on launch day!! We've already tried a recipe and, of course, loved it. Looking forward to diving into the rest of this book. This is a must have for healthy & delicious eating! Plus...who doesn't love a cookbook that's dessert section is larger than the rest :)

I received my book last night have have already made two recipes. The pictures are beautiful and recipes are easy to follow. No ingredient is difficult to find at my grocery store, which is a plus because many healthy cookbooks require ingredients not normally used. I’ve followed Rachel since 2020 when she began her at home workouts. She’s real, she lives a clean healthy lifestyle and is passionate about sharing her knowledge as a nutritionist to be your best self.

I received my pre-ordered book Tuesday, 4/17 and as soon as I opened the box, I sat down to go through it! The photography is stunning and just the whole aesthetic of the book, just phenomenal! I have tried a few of the recipes in the book already; the ones Rachael has posted on her Instagram, so I cannot wait to try the new ones! I don’t think I have ever wanted to use a cookbook so much! Clean, whole, and healthy ingredients. Meals packed with flavor! Is it bad that I can’t wait for her next cookbook!
