The books are great. I had already read them but wanted my own copies. If you are a collector of nice books be warned. The front covers are the ones that stop 2cm back from the rest of the pages and also have those stupid stickers you can't actually peel off

A student of mine recommended this series to me and I must admit I really enjoyed it. It’s a combo of a Fantasy Adventure and Romance with a unique storyline. I particularly enjoyed how the author used language and names related to other counties (like Germany, Russia, and China for instance) in a way that is unique for her world she builds. It’s a darker fantasy that will have you concerned for the characters. So if you like a darker tale, this is perfect for you!
