Another great cookbook by Jeffrey Eisner, genius of the Instant Pot. I have the complete set of his cookbooks, and feel this one will be the most useful of them. As the title implies, there are all kinds of shortcuts to get your weekday (or any day) meals on the table. From Sauces to Soups & Stews, or Pasta to Poultry, not to mention, Desserts! Oh my! You need this book, even if you don’t know you need it! Get one now…in fact, get 2 or 3 and give a copy to your mom or best friend. Life changing! Thank you, Jeffrey for giving us what we all want! Keep them coming! 😉 Made my first dish from the cookbook — Wholesale Club Pasta. HIGHLY recommend! ♥️

I pre-ordered this AGES ago.. And, pretty much forgot that I had done so! It arrived today, and I have to say how THRILLED I am! Before recipes became readily available online, I used to absolutely love to collect cookbooks. Well.. SHAME ON ME for waiting SO long to get my hands on one of Jeffrey's creations! Yes, I watch Jeffrey's LIVES, have used his recipes in the past and have enjoyed them. However, I can now say, it does NOT COMPARE to actually HOLDING and seeing his BOOKS! Even after only reading the first 15 pages, or so.. And, flipping through the rest.. I'M IN LOVE! I can't wait to get it spiral bound, and to begin my goal of making all the recipes that I believe we will enjoy! Thank you, Jeffrey! You share SO much with us without requiring us to purchase anything! I'm SO glad that I now know how awesome it is to have begun my collection of your books!

My SO is not a cook. Not even in the slightest. We've been together almost 20 years and I have always had to be the one to cook unless I wanted a steady diet of fast food, hot dogs, and questionably cooked mac n cheese. Jeff's books have honestly changed that. The pics along each step show what the pot should look like so my SO can check without having me come in every 5 mins. He loves that he can make quite a few of the recipes in each of the books (and make them well!) and this new one is no different. The Elote Chowder and Chicken Soup with Wild Rice are both on the website and are already favorites that SO can do on his own. We have plans to try so many of the new recipes and several of the desserts. Thanks again for a great book, and, the color scheme is awesome...we can easily say, oh, it's in the green one, the blue one, or whichever color it is. Cooking doesn't have to be hard or fancy to be awesome!

I love the idea of dishes with minimal ingredients, along with great taste and less prep and cook time. It’s the reason that I like all of Jeff’s books. I love my Instant Pot and have had one since they first came out, accessible only directly from Canada! Now I have a 6 quart and an 8 quart, and use them all the time. Jeffrey’s recipes are always a wonderful place to go to find something special. Yesterday my pre-ordered cookbook arrived and I went through the entire book looking at the array of things that I want to try. Today, I made the Escarole and Beans with Sausage Soup, which was made in 35 minutes from start to finish, and it tasted just as good as my grandmother’s soup that took a huge part of the day to make. Can’t wait to try something else this week! If you are looking to start an Instant Pot/pressure cooker cookbook library, you must try Jeff’s books, especially this one!

I got my first instant pot pro for Christmas and found myself looking for any and all recipes that I could try for it. I stumbled across Jeffrey Eisner's pressure luck website and discovered he had recipe books as well. His recipes are actual recipes you will want to cook and there is something for everyone. I bought all 3 of his books as a result, pre-ordered this one and I am so glad that I did. These recipe books are so easy to follow, have excellent, full color photos and lots of helpful tips along the way. He leaves no guesswork as far as the cook time, pressure type, release functions etc. Which, as a new pressure cooker owner, I was thrilled by. And to top everything off, the recipes are DELICIOUS. I am usually one to modify and tweak recipes as I go because i am not afraid of flavor, but after my 2nd meal that I made from his first book, I started following them to the letter and they are so good as written! To say that I highly recommend this book, and any of Jeffrey Eisner's books, would be a massive understatement. If you have an instant pot- this is for you!
