so yeah I like the reference to book 14 it kinda copied book 9 for first half and book 12 to the second half. The climatic was creative, so yeah, cool book

I been collecting the books since my elementary school years, i am 20 y/o and still get excited over the new releases! This book is very funny and talks about the family wanting to have a very memorable family vacation but are stuck in the basement of their grandma. Once a “miracle” happened, they were able to hit the road but kind of like the movie vacation, they experience hilarious step backs throughout their journey. What i like the most is the similarities between the pandemic panic shopping and the end of the story. It was very enjoyable to read!

My teenager still enjoys reading Jeff Kinney's stories and what the Heffley family is up to in this story. We recently added to the collection with The Deep End and enjoyed the misadventures of going camping with your family. From having to clean out the camper to trying to find the best spot at the campground, we totally related and reflected on fond memories of our own. Keep the stories coming!
