It's not often that I buy a cookbook and flag almost every recipe! I've already made several successful recipes from this book and I'm so excited to make more meals from The Real Food Table. The recipes are so approachable and include a lot of healthy ingredients that I can easily find and techniques that I use every week, like sheet pan meals and slow cooker recipes.

The book looks good be filled with great staple recipes. My only gripe is that there are a few recipes that have two pictures and other recipes that have no pictures. I wish the pages with double photos would have been used to put a picture of a different recipe. All in all, I think this will be a useful cookbook.

Several years ago I was sick and had to follow a functional medicine style of eating. I cooked like the typical American for 40 years and had to change my ways. I tried many “healthy recipes” and they were dull, boring and blah. After about a year I found the real food dietitian website and it was a game changer. The recipes were healthy, quick, easy and made with mostly ingredients I had on hand. I normally don’t buy cookbooks because they involve things I’ve never heard of, lots of pans etc. I had to try this one because I have been so pleased with the website. It is a fabulous cookbook for the everyday cook that wants to eat healthy. Even though most of the recipes are gluten-free, dairy free and maybe just a tad bit of sweetener they taste fantastic! They even pass my grandchildren’s taste test. These are the only recipes I have used for the last 2 1/2 years. Great job and a wonderful cookbook.

I have been following the real food dietitians for close to 2 years and made many of their recipes. When I heard they were publishing a cookbook I knew I had to have it. This cookbook is full of healthy simple recipes and weeknight meals. I love that they are made with whole foods and often can be adapted to gluten, grain, and dairy free! I cant wait to cook my way through this one!

I have followed the real food rds blog for a few years and I am so excited to have a copy of their cookbook. I love how they have options for recipes to meet dietary needs. A couple recipes in the book are my favorite from the blog and I’m so excited to have a hard copy so I’m not having to unlock my phone mid recipe to see the next step.
