I really loved this book! Gus is a sexy, tortured soul and there's much more depth to Alaina than I had anticipated. Looking forward to more stories about the residents of Four Corners Ranch!

This story is full of feelings…good ones and bad ones. It’s an emotional roller coaster of a ride but Maisey Yates digs deep to give you all the “feels”. I love her stories and this journey through Four Corners Ranch just adds to the layers that make a community. Every person you love adds more to your life.

Gus and Alaina have known each other forever. He has been her protector or savior on more than one occasion. Both of them come from families ravaged by abandonment and cruelty, yet they still thrive. Alaina has one more situation to ask Gus to help her solve. He quickly proposes marriage and moves her in to his home. Love can be hard to figure out. This story was heart wrenching, but full if love. Don't miss it!
