A Down Home Christmas
A rising star,
a down-to-earth teacher,
and a Christmas touched by wonder…
Country music star Kris Trabeau heads to Charming, Mississippi, to convince his aging aunt to sell her farm and move into a nice retirement community. She's not having it, and she enlists her neighbor Tory Odom to help her remind Kris why the farm means so much…especially at Christmas.
After being dumped by her longtime boyfriend, Tory's not feeling the holiday spirit. Still, she agrees to co-chair a children's concert and silent auction to benefit the after-school center where she volunteers. As Kris helps her with the concert and spends time with the kids, the attraction between them becomes harder and harder to ignore. Can he trade spotlights and city lights for the place where the music began?
This funny, emotional romance includes a free Hallmark original recipe for Jingle Bell Fruitcake Cookies.

I just finished reading this amazing book. It's everything that a Hallmark book should be and more; great characters, sparkling dialogue, and a wonderful storyline. As a fan of Hallmark movies, I would love to see this on my TV screen. Fantastic job Liz!!!

I rarely read contemporary romance, but I do love Christmas stories. This one made me weepy--twice! That rarely happens. Well done, Ms. Talley. This book has ALL the feels.

Another wonderful book by Liz Talley, this time with a down home Christmas feel. The characters just grab you, that you feel you know them personally. I loved Aunt Tansy. She was the heart of this story! Kudos Ms. Talley for another great book with warm characters!

Liz Talley has given us the joy of a beautiful, simple Christmas to enjoy in this page turner. A country music singer trying to build his career the way he wants it and a science teacher not wanting to celebrate Christmas due to a heartbreak meet at his aunt’s farm; who has some tricks up her sleeve. Ms Talley created the most wonderful characters who are talented and personable but have normal human insecurities and some fun eccentricities. If you like dogs you will love Edison. I definitely recommend this sweet read.
