Loving this series despite it's unflinchingly grim nature - or perhaps because of it. The storyline is complex and twisted, with monsters and innocents mixed up in the grinder. And in the middle of it all, our maniacally stupid, superhumanly violent protagonist, manipulated by all but defeated by none. Continuing to enjoy this dark deconstruction of urban fantasy.

Volume 8 is really good and the story really picks up the past with more lore and stuff well have a good read everyone!

Love this series. But think this was the first time I read a volume from beginning to end in one sitting. Denji really steps up his fighting game and keeps delivering on the gore and laughs. Also the mystery surrounding Makima is getting more attention.
