Depending on the Cowboy: An Uplifting Inspirational Romance (Wyoming Ranchers, 4)

Depending on the Cowboy is a well written inspirational romance. I throughly enjoyed the plot and the believable characters. I definitely recommend this book. My thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for my advance book. This is my unbiased review.

I can always count on a delightful and charming read when I pick up a book by Jill Kemerer. She is a master at writing clean and wholesome small-town stories with engaging, realistically-flawed, and relatable characters. Depending on the Cowboy stars Blaine Mayer and Sienna Powell in a touching and uplifting story of renewed friendship which grows into more. Blaine is a wonderful hero who is so compassionate and helpful to Sienna and her niece and nephew. I especially loved how he was a great role model to Connor. Although this is the fourth book in Kemerer’s Wyoming Ranchers series, it can easily be read alone. I would recommend this to those who enjoy sweet and clean books. This sweet story deals gently with past trauma, grief and dysfunctional families while instilling hope and healing. The idyllic ranch setting is a bonus. Hopefully, there will be more from the Mayer family. I received a complimentary copy of the book without obligation. This review is my opinion.

Another heartwarming addition to this series with memorable characters and a lovely storyline. Yes, there are heartaches for some, but there is also a warm welcome for them. Sienna who is expecting her first baby, divorced and overwhelmed returns to Sunrise Bend where she reconnects with Blaine. I loved their tender relationship. Sienna isn’t the only one experiencing turmoil in her life, she has a niece and nephew who need a place to find peace and belonging as they have family issues at their home. The kindness and care Blaine shows the three of his visitors is so sweet, he soon became my favorite. Overall, I have loved this series and am sad to see it end but I am looking forward to more great reads from Ms. Kemerer. I voluntarily reviewed a boof from the publisher. Opinions are my own.

Jill Kemerer continues the Wyoming Ranchers series with Depending on the Cowboy. Blaine is definitely one of Kemerer’s swoony cowboys, but I love that he is so caring and kind. The heroine in the book fits the word heroine to a T. Sienna loves big and cares deeply for others. Blaine and Sienna make a perfect pair. I enjoyed their back story as they had known each other before the events of this book which adds a reality to their romance. I also enjoyed getting to revisit many of the characters from the previous books in the series. Even though this is book 4 in the series, it can be read and enjoyed as a stand alone. I was given a copy of this book by the author. All opinions are my own.
