I don't know a better leader and author for this book. Jill shares from her own unique, dynamic, people-centered leadership but also from her experience working with 1000s of companies globally on this critical topic of our time. Employee experience is no longer a nice to have...It is table stakes for any organization hoping to successful in the future. I would highly recommend this book!

Workforce trends are upending every business I know. This book is written in a digestible, thoughtful, and actionable way to explain to leaders how best to approach finding, retaining, and engaging the right talent. With the job market as hot as it is for jobseekers, a book like this -- which seeks to explain and advise -- makes you feel much smarter when it comes to understanding how workers are operating in 2022. Perfect for the small business owners, executives, and everyone in between.

I really enjoyed reading this book. It is told through stories and experiences that shape why the employee experience is so important. Through topics like belongingness at work, being given and encouraged to take opportunities, to feeling valued and fulfilled by the work you do, it shares with the reader how little changes at work can make all the difference for employees and organizations. Jill's message is powerful, encouraging, and empowering to the reader. Not only do leaders at the top of companies have a responsibility to change work for good, but so does every manager and every employee. Together we can all make an impact and lead with empathy.
