This book is a must read for all aspiring and current leaders. The advice and views come from someone ( not an academic or a consultant) who has lived and overcome the challenges of running a global 60 Billion dollar iconic company. I have seen him up close living these values that he espouses in the book. What’s most useful for me was to hear about the crises that nearly bankrupted the Company and how he turned that around. A great fun read also that shows how one can turn challenges into opportunities for growth. Strongly recommend it. Ramesh - ex CEO, EQUATE petrochemical company, Kuwait.

As a small business entrepreneur in the green infrastructure space, I found this book invaluable, and a must read for the next generation of business leaders. Andrew brings it back to the basics of how to leverage the resources around you to scale, grow and be a disrupter. It is always nice when CEOs with decades of experience share their wisdom with the next generation to learn from. It's a must add to your business book collection. Andrew offers tremendous insights into many, and changing aspects of leadership, from how ESG is changing the game for everyone to the need for boards to change and be more engaged than ever. Throughout the book, Andrew shares many insights to how to deal with disruption which today is constant. His wisdom is truly insightful. This is a must-read for all that desire to drive change, and not be a bystander. I could not put it down.
