I got this so I could have a better understanding of how to help some of my clients as a personal trainer. First day trying some of the movements my clients absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this book.

I first learned about Rehab Science online. I've followed his social media accounts and you tube channels. The book is fantastic. It gives detailed photographs and instructions for rehabbing main injuries in the entire body. This book is a great resource for individuals and professionals like me who want a larger knowledge base to assist clients. highly recommend!

Honestly, was blown away by the level of detail in the book! Costs less than a single session with a physio, but covers every part of the body, with programs, injury prevention, and educating on the nuances of injury and healing. Definitely a must for any athlete trying to stay injury free, or physios as a reference as well.

I have been following Dr. Tom Walters for years & when he announced he was writing a book, it was the quickest purchase I could have made! I am a Chiropractic physician and having all this information in one book on how to help my patients through rehab is a game changer! The book is so well written & easy to navigate.

Absolutely love having this resource to heal myself and my friends who are aging. I bought the book and the kindle to take around with me. I’ll be honest; I’m a grappler and I’ve been through a lot of physical therapy. Some in the hospital and one out of pocket. I’m used to more intense physical therapy to heal me but this book has a great list of exercises for all walks of life and I’m learning a great deal about the anatomy and physiology of pain. I wish Dr Walters would add in beast position scapular presses and such. That really healed my chronic nerve pain in my back. Thank you for this invaluable resource!
