Fantastic recipes, exceptional pictures. The best looking cook book in my collection. You will not be disappointed with this book. However, you may gain a few pounds 😜 My book was damaged a bit in shipping, but still good.

I've watched Sam on YouTube for quite a while now and have tried several of his recipes. This cookbook is great because it doesn't just give you the recipe for a single way to use a protein or combine flavors but for people like myself it gives inspiration to create many different things. I recommend this book and if you buy it your family and/or friends will thank me! Great ideas for entertaining or just busting out a mid-week dinner. Thanks, Sam!
