No character development. Just a long litany of law cases by this egotistical lawger. The most boring James Patterson ever!!

This is a biography of Barry Slotnick, lawyer to mob bosses, mob characters and Barry Goetz, the NYC subway shooter. It is a collection of stories about his court cases with great attention to the defendent and his lawyer. There was not a single page that i found not to be fascinating.

I normally love James Patterson’s books but I prefer his fiction over non fiction. Nothing in this book surprised me… I mean I already watch ID channel and Law and Order…lol

Great bio of Barry Slotnik. Would have liked to hear about more cases. Way too much material on the Bernie Goetz trial.
