We all have things we'd like to magically change, but it can be really hard to actually do it in practice. I really liked the thinking behind this book—why we do the things we do, and how it's tied in to how we see ourselves. Great reminders that we need help from outside ourselves, and that Someone is available and willing to help us change for the better when we ask Him. Change from the inside out. I also appreciate the funny, personal, casual, and vulnerable style that makes this easy to read and identify with. Thank you for this book!
