Where's Spot?

With its bold blue cover, this board book edition of Eric Hill's classic story featuring everyone's favorite puppy is just as iconic as the first lift-the-flap edition.

My kiddos love this book! Had to buy it a second time as my one year old got ahold of the first one and ripped off all the flaps! Such a cute book 4 stars because the flaps are very thin and tare easy other then that its adorable!
I bought this for my niece, she loves it. My 3 year old niece loves her electronics, but if you give her the option of this book or the phone, she will choose the book. When I get tired of reading it to her, I find it on YouTube where a lady has out recorded with her reading it. Win win! She first read it at the library. She never wants to leave Spot.

My toddler loves this book so much we had to buy a second copy of it. A few of the flaps came off of our first copy out of sheer excitement of trying to find Spot, so we ordered a backup copy. When it arrived in the mail, our now 18 month old squealed, grabbed it and has asked us to read it at least twice a day since then. It's pure joy on the little guy's face when everything behind a flap tells him "no" and then he finally finds Spot at the end. It's short enough that it keeps his attention and short enough that it's tolerable for parents that might have to read it over and over and over.
In brand new condition, just as I remember “Where’s Spot?” I can now pass on a favorite childhood book to my own children to enjoy.

Part of the excitement in this book is that the flaps are so thin as to be extra-secretive; they look like they melt right into the page. This is a great board book, but the flip-up sections are closer to paper than cardboard. Handle gently for some “see spot” fun!
