I have been engrossed with Dr. Hyman’s lifestyle change information since Feb 2022 when I was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His no-nonsense approach to improved health and health span truly works within a few months. All of my blood work came back normal and I am now off of all medication’s. This new book provides yet additional valuable information. I certainly respect the concept of health span over lifespan. I recommend this book to my family, friends and other interested individuals. Dr. Hyman certainly breaks down complicated concepts into an easy reading roadmap.

I am so thrilled to have received Dr. Hymen's latest book on longevity. It is organized perfectly starting with the scientific basis for aging and then moves on to simple steps to start moving towards a healthy lifestyle that promotes longevity and vibrant living. There are even longevity programs to make the plan very simple to understand and implement. I’ve been aware of Dr Hyman since a coworker who had attended the Cleveland Clinic and have read some of his books since then. Have also had family members benefit from functional medicine and am an avid listener to Dr Hyman’s The Doctor’s Farmacy podcast. He takes cutting edge science and distills it in an easy to understand format. READ this book and APPLY what it says. Can’t wait to continue the journey and do more of that myself to continue improving the quality of my life.

It’s by Mark Hyman so very little more needs to be said. The book is very readable. No long scientific explanations that are impossible to understand. I can’t even imagine not reading and paying attention to this book. I’m a 75 year old female who tries to take very good care of my health. I have to because my goal is to continue to do what I do until I’m at least 100. What do I do? I ski race and at the moment I’m number 1 in the country in my age group. So I’ll do the work, but I’ll let Doctor Hyman tell me what it is I need to do. Get this book. Read it. And most important: follow the advice!
