I’ve read the first two Max Lugavere’s books “Genius Food” and “Genius Life”, that’s how I started my journey to a healthier life! I was very excited to find out that he wrote a cookbook!! It just makes it so much easier to plan my meals for the week. Genius Kitchen is full of an important information so even if you haven’t read the first two books you can learn a lot from this cookbook before you even get to the recipes part! I usually don’t like using cookbooks but this one has so many beautiful pictures that it makes you want to cook! Also most of the recipes are very easy to make and don’t require any expensive or hard to find ingredients. I definitely recommend everyone to get the Genius Kitchen, you won’t regret it!

This is an amazing cookbook that’s actually so much more than that! Healthy recipes that use science-backed swaps and it doesn’t omit deserts!:) Lots of plant-based options too. Love that there are plenty of recipes for pestos, dressings & sauces. Thank you Max!

This book is a must have in your kitchen or on your coffee table. The writing style of Max reflects his passion for nutrition, health and food, giving the reader a great insight to who he is. I loved the recipes that were very unique. Even traditional dishes had some great twists to it. Adding this book to his other two books creates the perfect health trilogy to me!
