I just received Guga's book. All I can say is WOW!!! The steak recipes are marvelous. Even better are the recipes for the side dishes. I am headed to the grocery store shortly to get what I need to cook a couple of these dishes for dinner to night. Looking forward to cooking each of the recipes over the next couple of months.
