This book is incredible! I pre-ordered 2 copies, and the first one arrived today. The entire book — including recipes, pictures, and everything Nick wrote — is amazing. I can’t wait to cook all of these recipes, and this book is going to look amazing on my coffee table between meals. The pictures are beautiful! I will definitely be ordering many more copies for family and friends. The diversity of foods in the book is incredible. Cooking the recipes in Knife Drop really make you feel like you’re right in Nick’s kitchen. And I can promise you if you buy one copy, you’ll want to buy another!

This book is really well done! My 10 year old son is a fan of Nick. I never heard of him but when my son said “mom no he is legit and he works with Gordon Ramsey”, then he had my attention and I knew this person must be good. I’m picky with cookbooks but this one is truly great. Very well thought out recipes, a large variety of flavors and inspiration, not too difficult but recipes even I want to make! My son loves to cook and I love that he’s excited. We will be making a few of these this weekend! Definitely, highly recommend this cook book :) great job!

My son made me purchase this… and I wasn’t sure, but now that it’s here, I’m so glad I did! Nick is a genius in the kitchen, and the recipes are simple and easy to follow. The layout of the book is sublime. The photos are amazing. I’ve already made two recipes my son chose: the BLT and the Grilled Cheese & Tomato soup with ingredients I already had on hand. They turned out amazing even with my own substitutions. I love the QR codes that link you to unlisted videos on YouTube for more tips and tricks. Super talented guy. Great cookbook. Definitely get yours today!

As soon as my book came in today, I realized I had everything I needed to make the Thai chicken noodle soup--and it did not disappoint! The recipes in this book are well thought-out and tested. They're creative and most use easily accessible ingredients. I think chefs of any skill level will find recipes to try--I'd also say there are quite a few kid-friendly recipes, too. I was on MasterChef with Nick and can say that I am so proud of what he's made of the opportunity he was given and this book is a wonderful reflection of who Nick is as a chef but also as a person. Buy the book. You won't be disappointed!

Got my book yesterday. It’s an amazing cook book and something I think future cook books will look to for inspiration. I showed my mom the QR codes that take you to your YouTube videos for a visual guide and she loved them, they’re very easy to use. I’ve looked through every recipe and many of them you can more than likely make right now with things you have in the kitchen, it’s simple food done well. This book offers a wide variety of dishes, from humble caramelized onions to nicks brown butter lobster roll. Providing insight from the industry and dishes that are sure to bring a fun challenge for people new and experienced in the kitchen just the same. Pick up this book and try something new, step out of your comfort zone. Anyone can cook, but only the fearless can be great!
