This book really helps you if you want to start living a better more carefree life. It helps you analyze what you're giving the wrong attention to. Also extremely funny and practical. I recommended it to my best friend and she also loves it. Will most likely buy a few as Christmas gifts.

I LOVE this book. The exercises are relevant to my life and they encourage me to think deeper and ask myself some important questions. The coloring pages are a nice way to give my brain a break from thinking and just relax. I can honestly say that this book helped me get out of a funk and get my happiness and confidence back. I'm now buying copies for my friends.

This is more than just a journal. There are great writing prompts to help you replace those negative thoughts and hilarious inspirational quips. This journal is a great way to relax before bed. It's very freeing to just let go of all the bad crap that happened throughout the day. The profanity is my favorite part of the entire book. Very much like my real life. This book makes me feel normal. Like there are other people out there dealing with the same crap. I don't feel so isolated by all the thoughts in my head. I recommend this book because it is both practical and funny. A great way to begin learning how to live a more peaceful life.

I've been struggling with anxiety and depression and it comes in waves. Recently it hit full force so I was looking into motivational reading. I came across these prompted journals and bought three. I started this one yesterday and am very pleased so far. I replaced "cell phone" time in bed with utilizing this journal and it helped replace negative thoughts so I didn't go to bed in a foul mood... ask my husband I was on a TIRADE yesterday! By the time I was done the first exercise, I felt much more at peace. I definitely recommend giving it a try!
