I just received this cookbook so I haven’t tried any of the recipes but I did read most of it tonight and OMG these meals are going to be winners in our house. I have to say I really love how they do their cookbooks, especially with their kids helping. They are getting so big. Thank you for your talents. I think you all out done yourself with this one. There is something for everyone.

I bought both of the previous Nom Nom Paleo cookbooks and their App, so I was excited for this one to come out, which I pre-ordered on Kindle. The recipes look really delicious and, as always, the step-by-step instructions make it easy. I went through some of the recipes today during lunch and can't wait to get home and start cooking. I'll probably start with the Chicken Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken), which looks easy for a weeknight and I have the ingredients. I wouldn't normally comment on the cartoons, but the one for Paleo Patty Melts where Ollie is holding the sandwich and says "Can someone explain why we're putting vegan cheese on meat?" made me laugh (see photo).

Preordered Let’s Go and it arrived today. Normally don’t preorder so I can read reviews before buying. But we have the first two Nom Nom Paleo cookbooks and our family has multiple favorite recipes from both, so I figured this will be the same. I got some time to look through a few sections and already have four recipes we want to try over next week or so: Tsukune, Instant Pot Balsamic Beef Stew, Baby Bok Choy with Crab Meat Sauce, and Garlic Mushroom Noodles. This is a hefty book with a wide range of types of foods. Already looks like a good purchase!

This is my 2nd nom nom paleo recipe book; my first was "Ready or Not" (every single recipe I've tried has been amazing), and this one looks to be just as good - or even better. I love the step by step photos, and in "Let's Go", they brilliantly added a feature I've been pining for. The first section, 'Building Blocks' is dedicated to sauce and spice combination recipes...and the wonderful addition? Each of the sauce and spice recipes includes a 'use this for...' list, which points you to the other recipes in the book where the sauces and spices are used. I love that, because if I mix up a 2 cup batch of sauce for a recipe that only needs 1/4 cup, I can now see at a glance what other recipes I can make to use up the sauce before it goes bad. Yay! I do miss the 4 week dinner plan section, which was included in "Ready or Not", but maybe something similar will be available on their blog. Bottom line - just buy it, you'll be glad you did!

I've been following Nom Nom Paleo for over a decade and finally decided to purchase a cookbook from Michelle and Henry. My space is limited so my purchases have to be strategic. So far, while it's only been in my hands one day, I am blown away. The cookbook is beyond gorgeous and feels super high quality. The step by step pictures make everything feel approachable. As for the recipes. As of this moment I've made 4 and all 4 will become part of my rotation. Especially the ginger scallion sauce. Oh my goodness. I am truly excited to cook my way through this beautiful cookbook and eat all the nomtastic offerings!
