This was bought as a gift and I know the recipient has used several of the recipes and I have enjoyed quite a few when I was visiting. So even if people do 'Platters' regularly there is something new to try

We gave this book to a family member who is a millennial and very knowledgeable about food and nutrition. She loved the book as a birthday gift ! A few weeks later, she selected one recipe from the book and we bought those ingredients to her family Christmas dinner.
