This is a really good book. Easy to read, easy to follow recipes, lovely photos(which is the main reason I bought it-research for a project). Despite the writers subtle suggestion that it is possible to get gin into you one way or another every day of the year you could ease up and pick half a dozen favourites. Highly recommended
