I have cooked a few recipes from this book and I fully intend to make many more as they are simple, easy to understand, and contain both a photo and the nutrition information for the dish. It also give tricks and tips and some substitutions right in the book. It's well written and the index is well organized. I also purchased and own the other Wholesome Yum cookbook and enjoy it just as much. It is easy to be KETO with these as your recipe guide! The accompanying app has many more recipes that aren't even in the books. All in all, 5 stars for Wholesome Yum! (this review was of my own choice and wasn't solicited in any way!) I'm just very impressed and look forward to discovering more and learning more about living the Keto Lifestyle.

I love this cookbook! Great pictures, and easy to follow recipes. First recipe I made was the pancakes, pg 190. One of my favorite parts of the cookbook is the explanations of common ingredients in Keto Cooking. I’m new to the Keto plan, so I was very interested in this section of the book. I love that she put Tips and Variations for the recipes. Can’t wait to make the Maple Bacon-Wrapped Brussels Sprouts along with ALL the others. I highly recommend the book!!

I'm Diabetic and low carb or no carbs is what I have to live on I also have severe PTSD that causes anxiety, low energy, and depression. High carbs just make everything that much worse. I got the easy Keto cookbook to try and was really surprised just how easy it was to make good tasting food that didn't make thing worse for me. So naturally I wanted the new Easy Keto carboholics cookbook for more recipes. I got to say I'm not very good in the kitchen but these recipes are so easy to make with so few ingredients I'm able to make great food

Maya's second cookbook is just as nice and well done as the first one, All of the recipes have a photo, uncomplicated directions which are easy to follow, tips and suggestions so that you can use alternative foods. There are choices, and those choices are ideal to have so that you can use them for variety. Some families have picky eaters (kids, teens, and even adults). The choices provide a nice change of pace, and avoids boredom, which can happen with any diet that is being followed. Do get this cookbook. You won;t be disappointed.

I really like the format of the QR code that goes with each recipe & nutritional info listed. Lots of amazing pictures too.I especially love the Mexican section & even a whole section for pizza which is great for those carb cravings! Lots of buns, bread, pizza crust substitutions, casseroles, desserts. There's also tips & substitutions for about every recipe.So handy.First section on getting started on keto is informative and and has tips / preparation on spirulized veggies too. Only drawback is I wish it had more sauces and condiments because it only has about 4 but all the useful info & great recipes make it one of my favorites. Excellent for those of us looking for carb substitutes & trying to lead a healthier lifestyle.
