Terms and Conditions: The TikTok sensation! Meet the Dreamland Billionaires...

Declan
I'm destined to become the next CEO of my family's media empire.
The only problem? My grandfather's inheritance clause.
Fulfilling his dying wish of getting married and having an heir seemed impossible until my assistant volunteers for the job.
Our marriage was supposed to be the perfect solution to my biggest problem.
But the more we act in love for the public, the more unsure I feel about our contract.
Caring about Iris was never part of the deal.
Especially not when breaking her heart is inevitable.

Iris
My plan to marry Declan was simple in theory.
Move in together. Throw a wedding. Have a baby.
We set rules to prevent any kind of issues.
Ones that were never meant to be broken, no matter how much Declan tempts me.
But what happens when our fake relationship bleeds into our real one?
Falling in love was never an option.
At least not for me.

Terms and Conditions is the second book in a series of interconnected standalones following three billionaire brothers.

ughhh😩😩 when is it my turn to fall in love with a sexy, grumpy billionaire i didn’t think anything could top the fine print yet here we are. i’ve never had so many butterflies while reading a book before, this story was just so cute. i had a cheesy grin on my face the entire time (this coming from the moodiest gal ever) and i just wanted to squeeze yet also strangle iris and declan. iris has some bad 🐝 energy going on and i’m totally here for it. declan is the grumpy man of my dreams and i will now be taking applications for my own billionaire boyfriend. i love how declan isn’t just a grumpy a-hole for the sake of it, but because he struggles with socialising and expressing his feelings. it made him so much more lovable, especially the way he uses words in different languages; we love a multilingual king🙌🤤 im so excited for cal’s story i think i might combust before it comes out. he’s everyone’s dream best friend and i would sell my left boob to make him real just for him to say hi to me lauren, you are a genius and i would let you walk all over me😘

I can objectively say Lauren Asher has never written a bad book. Although I felt the start of T&Cs was a little slow the pace started to pick up after Declan & Iris’ honeymoon . Honestly at first I didn’t see how the two would be compatible with each other romantically and at times I wondered why Cal and Iris hadn’t been paired up together lool but as the story progressed seeing Declan coming out of his shell and confessing his feelings for Iris reshaped how I perceived him. Considering the abuse he had received from his father, being open about his feelings must have been difficult but it showed great character development. And the way this man grovelled was a bonus, thank you to Rowan for teaching him how 😂 Iris was an absolute gem and although I am not dyslexic I still felt like I could relate to her in many other ways. She was so funny and I loved her confidence👌🏽 if she were a real person we’d definitely bond over our love for plants 🥰 From the start Declan and Iris came across as equals and that balance of power in their working and romantic relationship was just so beautiful to see 🥺 Loved seeing appearances from Zahra and Rowan and the references to F1/The Dirty Air series! Also I need to take a moment to show appreciation for Cal, he is already my favourite out of the three brothers and Lauren Asher is one of the few authors who is capable of making me fall in love with a blonde man. Cannot wait for his and Alana’s book!

Little bit disappointed when I received my package today, although I pre-ordered this book, I received a cheap reprint rather than the standard high quality books I’m used to receiving with Lauren Asher books. Usually this wouldn’t bother me but I have the high quality books for the entire Dirty Air series and The Fine Print so this cheap reprint stands out completely and looks awful in comparison to the others. I’m sending this back for a refund to hopefully get the high quality book from a different seller. Please note the 3* is NOTHING to do with the actual book itself, just the rubbish quality I received.

The billionaire romance and grumpy/sunshine are two of my favorite tropes so this was a double feature for me. I liked the contrast of Iris’ tightknit, small fatherless family to the tumultuous family empire of the Kane’s. I can’t put my finger on exactly what it was, but that added something to the story for me. I loved that Declan was so patient and understanding with Iris’ learning needs without putting her on blast. Changing the font use for her without her having a clue, years before the fake engagement.. *swoon* The same thing goes for how patient she was with his demands and demeanor. They were falling in love with each other for years without knowing it. I’m not a fan of instalove sometimes so I loved all the small things that showed they always cared for each other sprinkled throughout the story. Declan and Iris seemed to genuinely bring out the best in each other because they had a solid foundation before the fake engagement. I loved seeing how Declan's relationships with his brothers turned around after falling for Iris, the way she pushed herself to chase a dream even through the epilogue. No complaints about this one I love the story!

Terms And Conditions (Book 2 of the Dreamland Billionaire Series) by Lauren Asher 5/5 ⭐️ 5/5 🌶️ I didn’t want this book to end. I wanted Lauren to do nothing but write Declan and Iris’s story until the end of their time. THANK GOODNESS for the extended epilogue. This book gave me everything I want from a strong female character, and a brooding impatient male character. I do hope that the third book happens to address the father in this series and what happens to him, because I swear I wanted to jump into this book and mess that man up! I do hope Karma comes for him for how he treats Declan and Iris, let alone Rowan and Zhara. I love how this book addresses dyslexia, and the struggle that this causes for so many people. I also love that this book has a woman of color as the main character, because women of color are a force to be reckoned with and deserve to have all of their dreams come true, no matter how their lives started. The love, the inside things and love languages (quite literally) between these characters makes my heart so happy. It doesn’t come without struggle and at times pieces of me falling apart with them. 📚
