The Set Boundaries Workbook is a great tool to use to create, clarify, and understand boundaries; but also to support clients in doing so as well. The workbook includes descriptions around the importance of boundaries but also why they might be difficult to set and/or reinforce. The activities help to explore and understand the concepts as well as an area to reflect on what you have learned.

The workbook format offers concise psychoeducation with timely personal application. It can be 'binged' or worked on over time. I got one for my best friend who is less inclined to read a book than to have a daily journal of sorts, and she's really liking it (I already read it and picked out activities that will immediately help my own clients).

Great as a companion to Set Boundaries Find Peace or as a way to get your foot in the boundary door. The subtitle is Practical Exercises for Understanding Your Needs and Setting Healthy Limits and if that doesn't sum up this book, I don't know what does. 😏 This book is chock full of great info with prompts and space to reflect and personalize the info for your life, including encouragement to step away and take breaks as needed. Nedra is a must follow on Instagram, but having a book to access whenever wanted/needed is the cherry on top of her wise sundae.

I purchased this workbook after feverishly completing Nedra's prior piece titled "Set Boundaries, Find Peace". This workbook was such a delightful read. This workbook also contains thoughtful exercises to identify boundary issues, and even more importantly, how to overcome the challenges to establish and maintain healthy boundaries. I appreciate objective examples of how to put these ideas into action, and Nedra provided just that. It was so refreshing to use this workbook for further self reflection and feel as though I had a personal cheerleader, Nedra, who was rooting for me along the way. I will be recommending this many seeking this journey as well. Bravo, Nedra.
