Much of this book makes me think that Dave is running out of money and figured that he could put his past ideas into a new book. Many of the hacks are out of most peoples' reasonable price range. This seems to be more marketing material for his companies and investments. You can get more value doing much of this research yourself on youtube. Pick it up if you have never read one of his books but it was a waste for me who has been following him for a while now.

Biohacks are not set up in a plan. Buy Bulletproof Diet for a diet plan, do HIIT, meditate, get sleep, ... all info available other places.

Good book, good material, I listen to Dave's podcasts and many of the recommendations work as he suggests. I'm a long time Bulletproof Coffee guy and nootropics users. Five stars for the written material, subtract a star because of the media. Media meaning the publisher, WHY the Hardback? I have the Kindle version but come on, PAPERBACK!! Please.
