What a fun and heartwarming story! The Amish Twins Next Door is part of the Indiana Amish Brides series, yet it is truly a stand alone novel. It simply takes place in Indiana and that is what connects it to the series. This book made me happy as I read it. Those twins were something else! They were a handful, yet it seemed to simply be their zest for life and fun that led them into various troubles. I loved the way Nick started out appalled with them and then had a complete change of heart after spending some time with them. The way the relationship built between Deborah and Nick was so nice and natural. They truly became part of each others’ lives and began to care for each other. There was much more to it than that, of course, and they both had some things from their pasts that they had to put behind them before they could find true happiness together. I enjoyed this book from start to finish. (4.5 stars) I received a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

Another book by Vannetta that I didn’t want to see end. As a mother of 2 boys I could relate to this story. A fun read! Go buy this book!!

This is the latest installment in Chapman's Indiana Amish Brides series, though each book can be read as a standalone novel. The linking point with the stories is their location: Shipshewana, IN. If you're a fan of Amish stories, sweet romances, or books featuring adorable children, this is one you'll want to add to you TBR pile. The twins in this book easily steal the show (though NIck and Deborah are enjoyable, relatable characters, too). Themes of family and community, as well as faith, are woven throughout. Overall, this is a quick, delightful read. Disclaimer: I received a complimentary copy, but I wasn't required to leave a positive review

I have loved this entire series and Book 9 is no different. You don’t need to read the first eight as The Amish Twins Next Door works as a standalone, but I’d encourage you to read them. They’re fun and heartwarming. Author Vannetta Chapman’s book takes on the subject of a single mother in the Amish community. We see forgiveness and love in action. Along with parents who think they know best for her. I loved the characters in this story. Deborah is strong and determined. Nicholas is a grumpy bachelor. And those twins. Oh those twins. Rascals with big hearts. Between the laughter and the moments that will make you sigh, is the theme of God’s forgiveness and love for us. A wonderful light story I highly recommend if you want something that will help you relax. I received a complimentary copy of this book but was not required to leave a review.

The Amish Twins Next Door is a fabulous story filled with wonderful characters and two charming little boys with plenty of antics. Deborah Mast was a protective mother of her twins. Nicholas Stoltzfus and her dad had an agreement on raising goats. Despite her misgivings she allowed the twins to assist. This heartwarming, faith filled and touching story is true to life events that will tug at heartstrings while reading, plus provide plenty of laughter with the twins liveliness and cleverness to help. I enjoyed the different personalities of each twin that Chapman gave them. I'm always glad to read one of Chapman's stories as they are filled with faith, action, romance and well developed characters that bring smiles and a warm feeling when finished. I received a complimentary copy of this book from Celebrate Lit and the author without any obligation to write a positive review. I have shared my own thoughts.
